I had heard preachers talking about the heart but never very strong, like it wasn`t that important. Till one day God gave Me His revelation of how important the heart truely is. Most infirmaties have a spiritual root to them. And ultimately leads to the heart. Unforgiveness can  keep you sick also.
  Long story short God touched and healed my heart and made it whole again. So now I have a heart worth guarding. "Thank you Lord for all you do for us".
